I Epiphanies

I have come to the realization that being an unknown author takes faith and courage. Faith that one's ideas and stories have some value and merit and that someone might be interested in them. Courage to plow forward through all the self-doubts and underwriters of depression. So I persevere and tell myself, "It's ok".

In the meantime, I throw energy at trying to generate an audience and clientele for my writing. I might be doing something slightly right because recently I received the following message: You earned the Top Contributor badge!

It’s official! You’re a top contributor in READERS and AUTHORS. Keep up the great work.

I am not exactly sure what I did to earn the praise. But I do think it is important for us authors to support other authors and I try to do that when I can.
